I'm really trying to keep it under $50 and would like to purchase one of these. http://www.walmart.ca/wps-portal/storelocator/Canada-FeaturedPage.jsp?selection=listing%26amp;tabId=9%26amp;categoryId=48%26amp;departmentId=144%26amp;lang= Which one would you think would be best that is under $50? Please don't say this and that suck or choose chi or ghd.

Thanks sooo muchWhich hair straightener is best?
Either CHI or GHD. Don't go with others brand. Thats my overall suggestion. Because these 2 brands are customers recommended.

Thank you

Walmart sells one and the brand name is Andis. It works wonders. It works better than Chi. It's about $20. I am black and I don't know your race, but if you are white, I don't know how it would work on you, but it is great on my hair. I love it. I've had it for over 2 years now.
CHI! I've gone through a few that stopped working after about a year, but not this one. CHI straighteners are expensive (mine being $150) but it's a one time cost and it's SO WORTH IT. Other straighteners (even if expensive) don't block your hair from the humidity. I used to go to school and then it would poof from the morning air. I'd have to bring my straightener with me. But not with CHI. I use it once and it's good for the rest of the day.
Okay well, the chi IS really good haha but it's a wee bit pricey, so I completely understand. For some reason the link isn't showing up for me, but I what I would recommend doing is go to your salon, or wherever you usually go to get your hair cut and see what kind of hair straighteners that they sell there. Surprisingly, a lot of them are under 50 dollars, and since those are the ones used by the professionals, aka the ones who work on your hair, it's bound to work well.
