Do you know of any cool hair styles to do for medium length hair?

I'm thinking of things like updos or neat ways to pull hair partway up. I am caucasion and have a lot of hair or so I've been told..





I have to wait while it grows out and try to resist the temptation to bleach it again. I need things to do to keep it looking fun and still somewhat classy. because right now the color is kind of ishy like copperish red plus about an inch of brown growth and 3 week old at home high lights in it. ???
