If you have long blonde hair try curling your hair in spirals and then put it up in a poney tail. If you have brown hair try pink not red. :)
Something sharp. Short hair would look better. Red lipstick is striking so you should have a striking haircut.
Soft wavy curls, it will balance out and emphasize the bright red. I think you'll look gorgeous! :)
stay away from bright red lipstick..i just dont like it at that age
