Flickr is good for amateur and professional photographers.
I suggest broadening your searches to a larger area, as people may have hairstyle photos under fashion etc....

A good website for some cute hairstyles is http://www.rasysa.com/pkg/style/. The site is in Japanese, but it's kind of straightforward. Just go to that page and click on very short, short, medium, long or super long. For makeup and other hairstyles, there are resources all over the internet. MySpace offers many groups, YouTube has many videos and a Google search can offer thousands of websites.

www.handbag.com i like their hair section. thers not much, but its updated quite often and has some really good tips and ideas, and focuses on specific styles ie putting up a whole category on fringes or bobs :)
