I have curly black rough hair. What hair styles will suit me?

Im a 22 year old guy and I need to change my hair style.





Currently, I have short hair and I comb it all backwards. If I let it grow longer, since its rough and curly, it seems to get 'blucky' and seems like a lot of hair.





Can you suggest some cool hair styles for me?

First maybe you should try using some sort of products on your hair. I have a great friend who is female who has the same type of hair that you describe and she started using John Freida extra strength frizz ease on her hair along with aussie hair insurance leave in conditioner and self absorbed shampoo by bed head to help take away some of the dryness out of her hair and it works absolute wonders. Although I dont have curly hair I myself use these same products and it makes my hair look and feel fabulous. Also I would suggest looking up some hairstyles for men with curly hair online or maybe some cuts that suit curly hair and see what you like and go from there. There are so many new styles for guys with curly hair out there nowdays. My husbands hair gets curly if he lets it grow a bit, so he keeps it short or completely shaved, although I dont think that is the look you seem to be going for. Also, when you finally do pick a style that you find best suits you I would buy a mouse or foam to achieve the desired style because it wont ';weigh'; your hair down and make it look unkempt or unwashed as some waxes and gels tend to do. i think you could get away with growing it a little longer just make sure you use product! For curly hair I would apply a little hair mousse to wet hair and let it dry naturally don't use wax or gel it will just weigh it down!
