What hair styles compliment a long oval face and high cheek bones?

Going along with the initial question; I have mid-back length hair with a bit of bangs. The bangs were an experiment I tried to pull off but considering the fact I have a long face, and short forehead; it obviously didnt work. Now, as I'm growing out my bangs for future cuts, I need some ideas that can compliment my face type. Preferably short shoulder-length cuts.

You do not have to do away with the bangs, there are different ways in with you can cut your bang to give yourself an amazing new look.
